Day by Day with Parkinson's and Peripheral Neuropathy

I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and Peripheral Neuropathy in 2006, but my symptoms seemed to take a turn in a different direction in late 2007. The current diagnosis is Essential Myoclonus. You will find record here of a my journey - coping with the testing, the medicines, nutrition, digestion problems, exercise, the emotions, and no telling what else!

Tai Chi Helped!!

I'm glad I went on to Tai Chi, even though I wasn't feeling like it. I certainly wasn't as stable as I sometimes am, but I worked hard, only took a few breaks, and felt better for having gone through the whole form and worked on some of the stances. I did get nauseated at one point, but it passed pretty quickly. He's very patient.

I've tried to find a class within easy driving distance, but there just doesn't seem to be one.

Wow, just had to don my Raybans LOL, came to have a read expecting brown and nearly got blinded by the white sides. Having problems still?

Yep, I'm still playing, and not satisfied yet. The sides were not a color, but a graphic repeated over and over. Why do they have to make it so complicated????

Hopefully the next time to you stop by, you won't need the sunglasses LOL!

At least it's a bright change from your winter scenery, eh?
